Orphic Account Deletion Request

Upon account deletion request, we will delete your account credentials, profile, and app data within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law. Data designated for deletion includes your account credentials (email address and password hash), user profile information, reading history and cartomancy session data, and custom app preferences or settings.

Transaction and payment records, along with any information strictly required by regulatory authorities for tax and financial compliance, may be retained for up to 7 years. Once your deletion request is processed, account recovery is permanent and irreversible.
